A J F Projects specialise in designing and manufacturing bespoke 90° tipping systems handling loads as small as 150kgs to 10,000kgs.  All tippers are designed and built to order depending on load size and weight.  Below are some of the machines we have manufactured in the past.

Pallet Stack Tipper

Auto-Feed model automatically goes to the upright, load position when empty to accept the next stack of pallets. When loaded, it will automatically descend to the unload position and index the stack of pallets to the operator. The stack automatically indexes forward every time a pallet is removed. When the last pallet is removed the above cycle repeats automatically.

The Manual Feed delivers the pallets to the operative for inspection. Controlled by a push button pendent the operative can index the pallets one at a time for inspection.
